    Pray for the team going on a trip of a lifetime to SLC - December 2011! Our desire is to assist with the Center’s main focus: raising Cambodian children to impact their country for Christ. We accomplish this through developing relationships with the staff and children, helping with education, teaching English & Bible studies, improving the facilities through work projects and loving the children with the love of Christ Jesus.

  • Where it all began...

    The Shelter of Love Center is a home for disadvantaged and displaced children located in the central province of Kampong Thom, Cambodia. It began with funding provided by an American couple who desired to help needy children.

    Twenty-four acres of land were purchased in November 2002 and the first building began in July 2003. It's a non-government organization with a Cambodian staff of fifteen (15). In January of 2005, two more houses were built to accommodate fourteen (14) children in each, as well as a small apartment for the house parents. Recently, seventeen (17) more children joined the Center, bringing the total to fifty-one (51) children at the Center.
